Bull riding and a hip-hop headliner are sharing the same night on the Strip. Rapper Nelly will perform live inside T-Mobile Arena on Friday, Nov. 6, right after the opening day of the 2026 PBR Teams Championship, according to FOX5 Las Vegas. The concert is included for anyone holding a ticket to Friday’s competition.

Nelly is no stranger to rodeo crowds. He played for PBR fans at the league’s Gambler Days event in Austin in August.
The championship
The PBR Teams Championship runs three days at T-Mobile Arena, wrapping up Sunday, Nov. 8. Ten teams will compete in five-on-five bull riding under a progressive-elimination format, with the last team standing crowned the league’s fifth team champion. Set times, door times and general admission prices were not included in the announcement, so check the ticket sites before you go.
What it means for locals and visitors
A free concert stacked onto a Friday night event means a later, bigger crowd letting out of T-Mobile Arena than a typical rodeo night. Expect heavier foot traffic around Park MGM, New York-New York and the Las Vegas Boulevard and Tropicana Avenue corridor once the show ends. If you’re getting a ride home, walk a block or two away from the arena to meet your driver faster. For rideshare drivers, Friday’s late let-out is worth planning around, and the championship keeps the arena busy through Sunday.
